Sometimes you may feel angry or upset when things don’t go your way and that’s okay to feel that. What is not okay is to stay within that anger. Letting that bad energy build up

Takes away from your power called self control

When you are angry

Ask yourself

And say “self why are you angry”

And truly listen to what you tell yourself


If the anger can be resolved

Find a solution and move on


If you can’t resolve It

Create something magical in its place

Use your anger to create magic to make the anger transform into something beautiful
